Cute Card Thursday wants some glitters. And it's really fun :)
This is the embossing tulips at the side...
Write the recipient name and address at the back..There are some glitters around the frame.
Detail of glittery images...I put glitters on gift ribbon and sentiment.

- blue dewdrop gem beads
- 1/4' blue satin ribbon
